Polyurethane composite frame for photovoltaic industry

The polyurethane composite frame is made of polyurethane resin and fiber under high temperature, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, insulation, PID resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good designability, good economy etc, Polyurethane composites are the leading new composite materials, and are widely used in aerospace, ocean engineering, wind power generation and other fields.

Features:

1.Lightweight: the composite material has a low density, only 1/4 of the weight of steel and 3/4 of the weight of aluminum alloy, convenient transportation and installation and can greatly reduce the cost of transportation and installation.

2.High strength: the bending strength is more than 6 times of aluminum alloy.

3.Insulation: Polyurethane composite frame is a poor conductor of heat and electricity ,and the thermal conductivity is only 1/ 640 of aluminum alloy. The power station can effectively resist lightning strike.

4.Anti-PID: The volume resistivity of the polyurethane composite material can reach x1014Ω-cm. After the photovoltaic module is encapsulated by a non-metal bracket, the possibility of forming a leakage loop is greatly reduced, and the phenomenon of PID potential induced attenuation is reduced.

5.Anti-aging and anti-corrosion: The composite frame also has very good weather resistance, especially for seawater, salt fog, acid rain etc.  After the outer surface of the frame is coated with a coating, the frame has very good ultraviolet resistance and strong aging resistance.

6.Fire resistance: The fireproof performance of the polyurethane composite material can reach the B1 level flame retardant requirement.

7.High and low temperature: resistance to low temperature below -150degress.

8.Good designability: the dimension shrinkage rate is 1/3 of aluminum alloy and the linear expansion coefficient is1/3-1/4.

9.Excellent mechanical property: the axial tensile strength is more than 7 times of the traditional aluminum alloy material.

10.Colors are chosen depends on buyer’s requirements, VOC emission is very low.
