Structural Features:

1. Material: The tower body, water basin, and panels of square cooling towers are typically made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), which offers excellent corrosion resistance. The resin in the FRP is often supplemented with a light stabilizer to enhance its aging resistance, ensuring long-lasting color stability. Additionally, the panels are made of FRP material, providing a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface with good corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties.

2. Structural Design: The design of square cooling towers considers low-speed fans, twisted spaces, and inclined hexahedrons. Each layer is divided into support blocks using a suspension structure design, featuring a great honeycomb structure to transfer heat. The filler consists of double-sided embossed wave plates, bonded into a whole with installation heads to enhance rigidity. The embossed points on both sides prevent direct dripping, thus improving the formation of water films.

3. Heat Dissipation Efficiency: Square cooling towers utilize air intake from both sides and fans at the top to facilitate air exchange with hot water through the tower's filler. The humid hot air is then discharged outside the tower, effectively improving heat dissipation efficiency.

4. Noise Control: High-efficiency noise reduction devices are installed at the air inlet and outlet of square cooling towers to effectively reduce noise levels, achieving a noise reduction of up to 5 dB(A) compared to cooling towers of the same level.

5. Energy and Water Conservation: With no fillers, the tower is essentially hollow, resulting in low fan resistance and noise levels. Additionally, high-efficiency water collectors effectively reduce drift water, resulting in significant water conservation.

6. Environmental Adaptability: The dimensions of the air inlet and outlet of square cooling towers can be customized according to user requirements, making them suitable for various pump models and demonstrating good environmental adaptability and flexibility.
